Craft beer scene in Japan has been booming in recent years, and you can enjoy a variety of hand-crafted beer across Japan.  If you’d like class-A beer, we recommend Daisen G Beer, craft beer from Tottori that uses all malt and no hops(though they brew hop-heavy beer as well).

Daisen G Weizen, a 5% German style hefeweizen won gold at the World Beer Awards in 2011. Also, their pilsner won another gold at International Beer Cup in 2016.  Since this is a micro brewery, scale of beer production is small and you have to find certain bars/shops to drink their beer.

UOKING COBA in Sakaiminato city, Tottori prefecture which has a page on Wavisavinavi also serves Daisen G Beer, as well as locally brewed sake and others.  They serve the freshest seafood from Sakaiminato, one of the famous fishing ports in Japan,  in both Japanese and Western styles.
